DANCING NIGHT
On the 1st of June 2024, on the occasion of the Nuit Blanche 2024, the Fondation Fiminco is organizing a unique event crossroading artistic practices. Dance, music and visual arts will be on show, inviting spectators to a night of contemporary creation in all its shapes and forms. As part of the exhibition of its artists in residence, the Fondation Fiminco is teaming up with the Blanca Li dance company to offer a new reading of the exhibition. The dancers will help visitors discover or rediscover the works in the exhibition through dance mediation. It’s an invitation to explore the monumental space of the Chaufferie, and to see the artists’ work in a new light.
The evening will continue with an outdoor party in the heart of the Romainville-Paris cultural district, giving visitors the chance to dance in turn to the sound of a disco house DJ set. The Romainville-Paris cultural district will also be coming alive for an evening of dancing and partying.
